A 21st century composer, Edgar writes in multi genres. From solo violin to full orchestra, for education, television, film, other musicians and himself, Edgar's compositions push the boundaries of traditional music. He teaches traditional violin, jazz, rock, fiddle and improvisation and is part of the Harper and Elmhurst College Faculties. Edgar teaches students all over the world with his String Groove books, CD original string ensemble compositions App for iPad clinics and workshops.
